Strongly recommended to go early. Pandas are lazy but they wont move if it is hot. Depending on how high the temperature is, they will be inside. Monkey area was closed.

Dujiangyan Scenic Area is located in the west of Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province. It is a national 5A-level scenic spot with a total area of 10.05 square kilometers. The scenic spot has a history of more than 2,200 years and was built by Li Bing and his son. It is the oldest and only large water conservancy project in the world to date. The mountains, water, and dragonflies in the scenic area are integrated, and there are many attractions such as Fulongguan and Erwang Temple.
