谁适合参加此课程？
这项课程适合对于正念知识甚少或希望了解并体验正念的学员. 为了确保学员能更好地从这项课程中受益，我们建议学员:必须参加所有四堂课. 每日拨出至少15分钟做课程里所教导的正念练习

Trainer Profile:
薛雅文老师
是百仁中心的认证正念导师，同时也是英国正念学校项目（MiSP）认证的 .b 培训师。她曾在教育部（MOE）担任了20多年的教育工作，与来自不同背景的学生和家长密切合作，积累了丰富的经验。雅文老师谙熟双语，能以英语和华语教授正念课程。
雅文老师通过个人的正念实践，不仅提升了自己的身心健康，也改变了对她对三位青春期女儿的教养方式。
作为一名癌症康复者，雅文老师亲身感受到了正念的疗愈力量，这在她的康复过程中起到了至关重要的作用。
雅文老师充满热情，致力于通过正念帮助青少年、家长、教育工作者和癌症患者，支持他们过上更幸福、更健康的生活。
