First Floor: Male Elk Skeleton Subfossil: The world&#39;s only relatively complete 6,000-year-old elk fossil, confirming Taizhou&#39;s ancient ecological environment.

Six Dynasties Celadon

Southern Dynasties Celadon-Glazed Lotus-Petal Lidded Jar (National First-Class Cultural Relic), featuring a translucent glaze and exquisitely decorated patterns.

Second Floor: The Preserved Corpses of Xu Fan and His Wife and Their Clothing: The Ming Dynasty corpses are well-preserved, with vibrant clothing, providing valuable material for studying Ming dynasty burial customs.

In addition, the museum boasts numerous fine porcelains from the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties.

Exhibits the clothing of officials, scholars, and civilians unearthed from Ming tombs in Taizhou, reflecting the textile craftsmanship and social outlook of the Ming Dynasty.

The most concentrated and complete collection of Ming Dynasty civilian silk textiles in China, representing the pinnacle of mid-Ming Dynasty clothing craftsmanship, such as the &quot;Camel-yellow satin with peacock pattern embroidered patch&quot; (official uniform of Xu Fan, a third-rank official).

2. Collection of calligraphy and painting by renowned artists from the Ming and Qing dynasties, as well as modern times:

Ming Dynasty: L&uuml; Ji, Lan Ying, Dong Qichang, Wen Zhengming, etc.;

Qing Dynasty: Bada Shanren, Shitao, and the &quot;Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou&quot; (Zheng Banqiao, Huang Shen, etc.);

A truly wonderful trip! The water forest landscape features bald cypress (or dawn redwood) as its core plant. These tall, straight trees turn orange-red and golden in autumn and winter, creating a breathtaking &quot;layers of vibrant colors&quot; effect. The trees are distributed along the water&#39;s surface, their branches and leaves reflected in the water, often presenting a poetic scene of &quot;trees growing in the water.&quot; The bald cypress/dawn redwood foliage is typically at its most vibrant from November to January of the following year. A &quot;limited-time autumn/winter fairytale,&quot; the trip allows visitors to cruise through the forest, offering both scenic beauty and relaxation.

Qin Lake Tourist Attraction

This national AAAAA-level tourist attraction, themed around &quot;water, wetlands, and ecology,&quot; features wetlands categorized into three types: lacustrine wetlands, riverine wetlands, and marsh wetlands; and three types: permanent freshwater lakes, permanent rivers, and herbaceous marshes.

The main gate is formed by five stacked pole boats, and the Haichang Ocean Park is located at the entrance.

The scenic area is divided into east and west sections by the central Zhenhu Lake. The western section is the entrance area, and the eastern section is the main scenic area.

To enter the main scenic area, you must take a shuttle boat from the waiting hall in the entrance area. The entrance fee (80 yuan/person) includes round-trip shuttle boat service (8:30-15:30), departing every half hour, and the journey takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the lake&#39;s eastern pier in the main scenic area.

The commercial street at the entrance and the Zhenhu Eight Delicacies Garden in the eastern main scenic area offer dining options featuring &quot;Zhenhu Eight Delicacies,&quot; primarily river delicacies such as fish and shrimp.

Taizhou, the birthplace of the navy, has three ships and one vessel, especially the submarine, which can be entered to experience the hardships of submariners. The only drawback is that only the deck of the destroyer and frigate can be visited; the upper deck and the area below the deck are not accessible.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and is arguably the best B&amp;B near the temple in its price range. This hotel is a renovated local residential complex, with the entire building comprised of suites. The rooms are small but very clean, with pleasant aromatherapy and everything you need. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and provides disposable towels, bath towels, toothpaste, a toothbrush, a comb, bathroom slippers, two bottles of water, and a heated bottled water tank. The room was spotless, the toilet was pristine, the bedding was clean and odor-free, and there were plenty of power outlets, including a USB port. It was a non-smoking room. The showers were hot, and shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi were provided. There&#39;s a small refrigerator in the common area, which is probably useful in the summer. The minibus drop-off point for the scenic area is right at the entrance to the B&amp;B complex, and you&#39;ll find it in the third building. A separate tunnel separates pedestrians and vehicles, connecting you to the temple area.
The owner was very friendly and proactively reminded me of incense burning precautions, helped me plan my route, and provided a temple map. My stay was excellent and I&#39;ll stay here again.

Qintong Ancient Town

Explore the local history and culture, and savor the unique cuisine &ndash; it&#39;s definitely worth a visit. I recommend Qifuji Rice Cake; the owner gave me a sample of their hot osmanthus rice cake, and I immediately bought both sesame and osmanthus flavors &ndash; both were delicious.
