M+, Asia’s first global contemporary visual museum, will host “Picasso: Dialogue with Asia”, showcasing more than 60 masterpieces created by Picasso between 1890 and 1970, as well as works from Asia and overseas in the M+ collection.
This exhibition is the first major Picasso exhibition held in Hong Kong in more than a decade, and the first time that the collection of the Musée National Picasso in Paris will be displayed together with the collection of Asian museums.
By allowing the European master to have an unprecedented cross-cultural and contemporary dialogue with Asian contemporary art works, Picasso’s enduring artistic influence will be demonstrated.

I purchased this tour via trip platform to avoid excess queue to the cashier. I got QR code on my email. Nevertheless queue to security gates were mandatory to all. I arrived 10 mins prior opening and there crowds of people. After all formalities i got into park easily and enjoyed my day. Worth it to buy via trip platform? Yes, as it was cheaper than in the official site. I could save even more if purchase ticket in advance. Thank you trip for making my day full of joy.

Taiping Mountain came to Hong Kong without going to Taiping Mountain, but I went a few times before and took the cable car. This time I followed a few friends to climb the middle of the night. Traveling on the mountain to find the Wizard of the Moon, swimming the sea and playing dragons. Probably the route is Central Garden Road and Mid-Levels Escalator - Old Peak Road - Taiping Peak - Down Central. I have to say that Hong Kong is indeed suitable for mountain travel. This route is not too difficult. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the top of the mountain. I climbed up and saw the happiness of the night scene. I couldn&#39;t feel the drop by the cable car. Then I also met a wild boar 🐗 crossing the road.

It is worth visiting. The curatorial level is very high and the exhibits are very exquisite. I personally like Halls 2, 5 and the special exhibition (I missed Hall 1, I will make up for it next time). The exhibition copywriting is really well written, easy to understand and literary, and the excavation of historical details is also very in-depth. You can feel the dedication and professionalism of the curatorial team. For example, the music of the shaman&#39;s blessing to the gods in the Forbidden City is very shocking, and the atmosphere is full, giving you an immersive feeling. I have been to the National Palace Museum in Beijing and Taipei, and the experience in Hong Kong is relatively better. There are fewer people, so you can calm down and visit without squeezing like a war. The scenery is also beautiful, and the viewing platform faces the sea, which gives you a long-lost sense of relaxation.

M+ Museum is the first international contemporary visual culture museum in Asia. Since its settlement in the center of the West Kowloon Cultural District in 2021, it has become a new cultural landmark in Hong Kong. From the perspective of architectural design, M+ has been designed by a world-renowned architectural firm Herzog &amp; de Meuron. The building is covered with ceramic tiles, and its southern exterior wall is equipped with a multi-functional LED display system of 110 meters high and 66 meters wide M+ curtain wall. At 6 o&#39;clock every night, the LED lights are on, and the flowing visual culture is reflected on the seafront of Victoria Harbour. The underground railway tunnel is the most distinctive display space for M+. The unique architectural structure provides a different venue for the art exhibition. The collection is rich and varied. Among them, the M+ Hick collection is a treasure trove, which is more than 1,500 Chinese contemporary art donated by Swiss collector and diplomat Uli Hick, and has been created for 40 years. Through these collections, you can deeply interpret the development of contemporary Chinese art, such as Fang Lixuan&#39;s oil painting &quot;98.8.25&quot;, the elements of the skinhead and water, showing a sense of loneliness and powerlessness. There are also neon signs collected from all over Hong Kong, displayed in the exhibition hall of the Rehabilitation and Custody Center near the main entrance, the Niu Niu of &quot;Sen Mei Restaurant&quot; and the Rooster of &quot;Chicken Notes Sparrow Play&quot;, which showcases Hong Kong&#39;s fireworks atmosphere and M+&#39;s efforts in neon conservation. M+&#39;s exhibition is wonderful. He has held hot theme exhibitions such as Caojian Yaisheng and Pei Xuming.
