About cancellations:
The presale for this music festival officially begins at 11:00 AM on March 18. After the presale starts, your booking will be considered successful once payment is completed. After successful purchase:
Tickets can be canceled unconditionally within 48 hours, before 11:00 AM on March 20, 2025.
From 11:00 AM on March 20, 2025 to 11:00 AM on March 21, 2025, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged based on the actual payment amount of the booking.
From 11:00 AM on March 21, 2025 to 11:00 AM on May 9, 2025, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged based on the actual payment amount of the booking.
From 11:00 AM on May 9, 2025 to 11:00 AM on May 17, 2025, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged based on the actual payment amount of the booking.
After 11:00 AM on May 17, 2025, cancellations cannot be made, and cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
Cancellations are only available for the entire booking. Admission tickets under the same booking cannot be partially canceled.
Refunded admission tickets will be returned to the official ticketing platform for resale. All resold tickets remain subject to the same festival policies regarding cancellations, purchases, and entry.
If you need to cancel your tickets, please contact the original booking platform and submit your request during customer support working hours. The application method and refund processing time will follow each platform's specific rules.
About ticket purchase:
Please purchase tickets from official ticketing platforms only. Any consequences resulting from purchases made through unofficial platforms will be your sole responsibility.
This performance uses real-name ID e-tickets with one ticket per ID and no physical admission tickets. You can pre-register attendee information on official ticketing platforms for faster booking. Please double-check important details like the time slot, ticket type, and attendee information when purchasing to avoid entry issues due to incorrect information.
Please do not use the same ID to purchase tickets for the same date on multiple official ticketing platforms. Only one electronic admission ticket per ID is valid for entry. If the same attendee purchases tickets for the same date on multiple official platforms, the ticketing platform reserves the right to cancel all duplicate bookings and retain only one valid booking. Duplicate bookings will be fully refunded as a single unit and cannot be partially refunded. A cancellation fee of 30% of the total ticket price will be charged. Any resulting costs, including denied entry, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and attendee.
Minors must obtain consent from their legal guardians before purchasing tickets. If a booking is successfully created and payment is completed, it will be deemed as having obtained the legal guardian's approval. Any resulting legal responsibilities shall be borne by the legal guardian and are not the responsibility of the ticketing platform or event organizer. For cancellations, please follow the standard cancellation policy.
About entry:
If you are unable to enter due to incorrect attendee information provided during ticket purchase, purchasing tickets through unofficial platforms, or receiving resold admission tickets, you will need to take responsibility for the consequences.
To ensure a smooth entry experience, please bring your original ID card for admission. Minors without an ID card must present their original Household Registration (Hukou) for redemption. Guests who purchased tickets using other valid ID types must bring the original valid ID and redeem their tickets at the manual check-in counter for entry.
Daily performance time: 1:00–9:00 PM. VIP, PRO, and premium ticket holders may enter at 11:30 AM, while other audience members may enter at 12:00 PM. The latest entry time is 8:00 PM. Due to unforeseen circumstances, actual performance duration and entry times may vary. Please plan your travel accordingly. This is a standing-only event with no seating available.
Friendly reminder: The ID card e-ticket is only valid for use by the person it is registered to. It can be used once per day and cannot be reused after exiting the venue.
