It is recommended to visit the various pits of the Terracotta Army in the morning (to avoid peak tour periods).

Take the free shuttle bus to Lishan Garden (approximately 10 minutes).

Standing before Pit 1, I held my breath. Before me stretched an endless array of neatly arranged terracotta warriors. Sunlight streamed through the roof, bathing this underground army in a golden glow, making their yellowish-brown bodies appear almost gilded. I suddenly had a strange feeling&mdash;that at a single command, these soldiers, who had slept for 2200 years, would open their eyes and reignite the glory of the Qin Dynasty.

The Bronze Chariot and Horse Museum is a must-see, located in the exhibition hall of Pit 9901 within the park.

The Cultural Relics Conservation Center allows for close observation of the restoration work.

Finally, walk along the Sacred Way to the burial mound to experience the scale of the mausoleum.

Not us taking 2 hours to complete a segment of Xi An City Walls when the map says 1 hour only😅 In our defence, it was an enjoyable stroll as we took our time to soak up views of the surrounding roofscape, watch craftsmen worked on massive lantern decorations for the upcoming CNY and bask in the foggy sunset. Love it!

I especially recommend the live performance of &quot;The Song of Everlasting Regret,&quot; a grand stage setting paired with dazzling lighting effects that brings the classic story to life, making it a must-see audio-visual feast.

The hotel owner was very welcoming and helpful, giving me directions to various attractions. The hotel was nice, clean, and conveniently located inside the Xi&#39;an city wall, right in the city center, very close to attractions like the Bell Tower. It offered excellent value for money. I stayed at this hotel again when I visited Xi&#39;an.

The daytime and nighttime views are both fantastic! 👍🏻 The park offers a variety of activities and is definitely worth a visit. We strolled around before dark and stayed until nightfall &ndash; the nighttime views were absolutely amazing! Next time, we&#39;ll definitely go with friends in a different season! ✌🏻
