It&#39;s said that &quot;Jiangnan gardens are the best in the world, and Suzhou gardens are the best in Jiangnan.&quot; As the flagship of Suzhou gardens, the Humble Administrator&#39;s Garden truly demonstrates this: it&#39;s more than just a garden; it&#39;s a truly captivating display of the poetic beauty of mountains and rivers.
Upon entering, one is struck by its spacious and elegant layout&mdash;no artificially constructed details, but rather a water-centered layout encompassing pavilions, flowers, trees, and rockery. My favorite spot is Yuanxiang Hall. Standing in front of it, one can gaze upon the vast lotus pond. In summer, lotus leaves reach the sky, filling the air with fragrance. Even in autumn and winter, when the withered leaves are scattered, a sense of blank space permeates the space. No wonder this is the garden&#39;s &quot;center of attention.&quot; The adjacent Xiaofeihong is a covered bridge. Walking up, one can gaze down at fish playing in the shallows, and looking up, one can frame the Xiangzhou pleasure boats across the way. This &quot;one step, one scene, one window, one painting&quot; technique of using scenery is truly captivating and inviting. Further in, you&#39;ll find the &quot;Fuyuan&quot; area, where the rockery becomes denser and the paths become more winding. Climbing the stone steps to Jianshan Tower offers a panoramic view of much of the garden: green tiles and white walls reflected in the azure water, dotted with ginkgo trees and red maples. If it rains lightly, stroll through the corridors with an umbrella and listen to the sound of raindrops hitting banana leaves &ndash; that&#39;s the true essence of Jiangnan.

One thing to remind you: when visiting the Humble Administrator&#39;s Garden, don&#39;t just admire the scenery; pay attention to the explanations (you can rent an electronic guide). Once you understand the origin of the name &quot;Zhuo Zheng&quot; and learn about Wen Zhengming&#39;s involvement in its design, the pavilions and towers will truly be more enjoyable.

There were plenty of activities, and we went at a time when it was less crowded, so there were basically no lines. The only problem was the heat, and since I&#39;m not in good health, I almost fainted. I&#39;d like to express my special thanks to a young lady at Peach Blossom Spring. She noticed I was feeling unwell, asked if I should call the infirmary, found me a comfortable seat, and brought me a bag of ice. Thank you so much! Her concern helped me recover. Steaming is the only way to test a hairy crab! 🔥 After steaming, the aroma is simply amazing! 🤤 The whole house is filled with the sweet, fresh aroma! 😍 Crack open the crab shell and you&#39;re rewarded with a generous helping of crab roe, fragrant and delicious&mdash;it&#39;s simply divine! 😇 The crab meat is incredibly tender, just a touch sweet, and you&#39;ll want to savor it afterward! 😋

And, pairing hairy crab with a cup of warm ginger tea is incredibly comforting! 😌 It wards off the cold and relieves greasiness&mdash;perfect! 💯
