Laoshan, the most famous mountain on the sea, is definitely worth a visit. It is the only mountain on the Chinese coastline with an altitude of more than 1,000 meters. It has a Taoist charm, and the scenery and cultural landscape are very good. If you are tired of climbing the mountain, there is a cable car. If you want to see a Taoist temple, go to Taiqing Palace. There are three routes for you to choose from.

Qingdao Underwater World is located on Laiyang Road in the south of the city, adjacent to Luxun Park, offering convenient transportation. The museum is divided into an intertidal zone, an underwater tunnel, and a ship cabin exhibit. The tunnel is 82 meters long, with moving walkways gently navigating the area. Manta rays, turtles, and sharks circling overhead create a striking visual experience. The Dreamy Jellyfish Palace, with its changing lights, creates a sense of immersion in the blue starry sky, perfect for photo ops. The shark-man dance and mermaid show are performed three times daily, with lively commentary that will keep children captivated. However, during National Day, crowds are high, and there are often three layers of mobile phones stacked against the glass, so avoid visiting during peak hours. Some tanks have scratches on the glass, which can be detrimental to the viewing experience. The export goods area is long, making it easy for children to cling to toys. Tickets are 170 yuan, and you can save 20 yuan by purchasing in advance on the official website. It&#39;s cheaper than Polar Ocean World, but the animal species are slightly smaller. It&#39;s recommended to enter at 9:00 AM, right when the gates open, to experience the tunnel first and then the show, which takes two hours. Overall, the museum has a 4-star rating and is suitable for families and couples. Remember to bring a jacket, as the temperature inside the museum is a constant 22&deg;C.

The Qingdao Taipingshan Sightseeing Cableway, built in 1994, is my country&#39;s first forest-based cableway to traverse both the old and new urban areas.

Route Features:
The 1,100-meter route features three stations: Zhongshan Park Station (main entrance), Taipingshan Station (mountaintop hub), and Zhanshan Temple Station (viewing point in the new urban area).

Scenic Highlights:
The west route offers panoramic views of the red tiles and green trees of Badaguan, while the east route offers distant views of the Laoshan Fushan Bay CBD. Both day and night views are available (nighttime service closes at 8:30 PM).
