LOTTE Museum of Art in South Korea is pleased to present Daniel Arsham’s solo exhibition “Seoul 3024”. Daniel Arsham, currently based in New York, is a multi-media visual artist who works across sculpture, painting, architecture and film. His works are based on his original concept of “fictional archaeology”. The artist makes molds of everyday objects and cultural icons, and then reshapes these sculptures with materials such as volcanic ash, calcite, plaster and amethyst. These works have been carefully and deliberately corroded to create the effect of ruins that may be excavated in the future. They are preserved in a familiar yet strange way, providing viewers with a unique experience of looking at the present and the past from the perspective of the future.

Seoul Tower. Btw if you ask Koreans about Seoul Tower. They&rsquo;ll look clueless. The term is coined for foreigners, They called it namsan tower. Worth the visit. Make sure you get love locks. Gimmick? Yes will you wife or girlfriend love it? Absolutely. Happy wife happy life. Don&rsquo;t take my word for it take the view of a couple of thousand locks up there as witness. Well if you pissed your wife or gf off, bring them here and they&rsquo;ll probably forgive you.

you can climb up on foot in about 1.5 - 2 hours, from the side of Myeongdong there is a nice village, which is worth a walk. If you have a hard time climbing, it is better to use the funicular. Also, there are almost no kiosks selling water along the way
