The Bay Area Panthers, defending champions of the Indoor Football League, are inviting aspiring players to join their team for the upcoming season. To be a part of this exciting opportunity, attend the 2024 Bay Area Panthers Indoor Football League Showcase and Open Tryouts at CEFCU Stadium in San Jose, California. This event will take place on Saturday, February 10th, 2024, and registration will begin at 7:00 AM. Make sure to arrive prepared, as the opening talk will commence promptly at 9:00 AM.

The cost to participate in the tryouts is $75.00 if you pre-register or $90.00 if you register onsite. The registration fee covers your entry and includes a workout shirt. Please note that pre-registration will close on February 9th, 2024, at 11:59 PM. If you choose to register in person on the day of the event, the fee of $90.00 can be paid in cash or by credit card.

During the tryouts, athletes will be tested on their speed and agility through the 40-yard dash and short shuttle. Position-specific drills and one-on-one competitions will also be part of the evaluation process. It is important to come prepared with your own cleats, shorts, and athletic gear. Helmets and pads are not required as the tryouts are non-contact. Additionally, please bring your own water or sports drink to stay hydrated throughout the event.

For those traveling from out of town, the closest airport to the showcase location is San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC). If you require accommodations, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Jose is offering a discounted rate of $89 per night for king or double rooms.
