Location: Binyang County Paolong Old Temple, Binyang Wanxing Paolong Cultural Park and various streets in Binzhou Town, Litang Town and Xinqiao Town. 
Binyang Paolong Festivaloriginated in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, and became mature in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China. It has a history of one thousand years. It is a festival of multi-ethnic culture, and is called"Oriental Carnival" by tourists.In 2008, Binyang Paolong Festival was selected into the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects. The eleventh day of the first lunar month every year is the day when the Binyang Paolong dances as scheduled. The three major activities of "Paocaijia", "Lantern and Wine Party" and "Paolong Dance" make up the complete Binyang Paolong Festival.
