During the 90-minute session, participants will have the opportunity to experience sections of the actual race course that will be used on the following Sunday. This is an ideal session for complete beginners as it will cover the fundamentals of cyclocross racing and provide guidance on how to navigate the course safely. For those unable to attend this session, a repeat session will be held on Sunday, January 21st, with Andy Martin as the coach. It's important to note that participants should only attend one of these sessions, not both. Additionally, on Saturday, January 27th, the day before the race, a follow-up session will be hosted, giving participants a chance to further prepare. The Linlithgow Cyclocross Beginners Coaching (1) event aims to provide a warm welcome to all participants, regardless of experience level.
