Reconnect with nature - retreat away from your day to day life, for a few hours to experience nature. Enjoy stunning costal and sea views as we wander from Exmouth to Sandy Bay - approx 2 miles, at a relaxed pace for a reasonably easy walk . Wander down to the sandy beach for gentle yoga with Rosie, with the sea & waves in the background. Optional paddle/ swim - the tide will be low but you're more than welcome to go for a dip. No afternoon is complete without yummy cake & refreshments, enjoyed on the beach, while we chat & relax. Ending the afternoon with a gentle wander back to Exmouth. The walk totals 4 miles, there and back, if possible we will walk back along the beach. Important Info! Please bring your own yoga mat or towel to practice on. We will leave from the RNLI Station at 2pm, please arrive in good time. Parking; there are lots of car parks near the meeting point. Including Foxholes, Maer Road and Queens Drive. See the lifeboat(s) up close and get inside the kit room where the crew get ready to save lives. An expert to guide you behind the scenes, explain how the station works, and answer any questions you have about the RNLI. A free hot drink in the crew room where you will hear some exciting rescue stories from the volunteers at the station. An exclusive pin badge with the name of the lifeboat station, as a precious memento of your VIP experience. A certificate of thanks from the crew at Exmouth as gratitude for making a visit to their station and for all your support of their work.
