Crochet lei making This workshop is best for Intermediate-level crochet students who have mastered all basic stitches and understanding of all crochet abbreviations (CH,SC,DC,SL ST,BLO/FLO minimum). No stitches will be taught in this class, only quickly reviewed. Must have basic understanding of how to read crochet patterns. Join our multi-talented Associates to learn how to crochet and fashion this island classic lei. The pikake/roselani (mini-rose or rosebud) crochet lei is a wonderful project to create for your favorite grad or giving event. You may not complete a full lei during the workshop, but you will go home with enough materials, instruction and a pattern to help you complete the lei on your own. You will also gain understanding in fastening-off your lei and decorating your closure.
