The highly anticipated 2024 Testify Strengthlifting Challenge is making a triumphant return, and individuals are cordially invited to partake in this extraordinary event. Set to take place in Omaha at the esteemed Testify Strength & Conditioning venue on April 6th, 2024, this strength meet is guaranteed to captivate participants and spectators alike.
Unlike traditional powerlifting meets, the Testify Strengthlifting Challenge showcases three contested lifts: the squat, press, and deadlift. Notably, the bench press is replaced with the standing press, adding a unique twist to the competition. Deadlifts must be executed conventionally, with the feet positioned within the hands.
Registration offers individuals the chance to secure their spot in this exceptional event. While there is no weigh-in prior to the meet, participants will weigh out after their final deadlift attempt, ensuring an accurate reflection of their weight. For those seeking further information on rules and guidelines, a comprehensive set can be accessed here.
The Testify Strengthlifting Challenge has garnered a reputation for its well-organized and enjoyable meets. Participants can expect a seamless and efficient experience, allowing them to focus on showcasing their strength and determination.
To enhance the experience, each meet entry fee includes an exquisitely designed shirt. Wearing this stylish garment is sure to make participants the envy of their friends. It's important to note that the shirt is guaranteed only for lifters who register by September 16th.
Additionally, the event will feature prizes for the overall winners, calculated using the renowned Wilks formula. Registration remains open until March 30th, 2024, with regular and late registration rates available. It is encouraged to register promptly to secure a spot in this prestigious event.
