Various fitness professionals such as: Personal Trainers, Yoga and Pole Dance Teachers attended this workshop in the past to better understand techniques for practising, teaching and spotting handstands. This workshop will be a game-changer for your handstand practice if you're not confident with your handstand and you're scared of hurting yourself when practising.
