Covering all four of our Photo Foundations topics in one class full of intense photo learning, this hands-on workshop will get you up and running fast with the skills you need to get the most from your camera. From portraits to macro and scenery to sports, this course is guaranteed to improve your pictures! Saturdays, May 24 & 31, 10:30 – 12:30pm This hands-on course will teach you the fundamentals of DaVinci Resolve , from cutting clips to adding transitions, audio adjustments, and basic color grading. Perfect for beginners, you’ll leave with the skills to edit polished videos for social media, YouTube, or personal projects. In the first session, you’ll learn how to import footage, make clean cuts, and assemble a video. Between classes, practice with a fun editing assignment. The second session dives into audio tweaks, speed adjustments, and simple color correction so you can make your videos look and sound great. By the end, you’ll have a finished project and the confidence to keep editing! Prerequisites : Students should already have a computer with DaVinci Resolve (free version) installed. No prior editing experience needed, but basic computer skills are necessary.
