Robbie G Bio:
There is something to be said of an artist with over seven hundred live shows under his belt in the last decade, half of which were headlining slots. Robbie G (Robert Gruenbauer) has been making his impact on the genre of hip-hop by touring relentlessly while also remaining humble to his craft. He is consistently writing fresh tracks cooked up in his home studio and releasing under his own Promotions Company, R-Evolution Media.
“I f***ing love making music and I just want to share it with the world.” – Robbie G
A true entrepreneur and a businessman; Robbie G has been hard at work to make his living by doing what he loves. Having released seven mixtapes and eleven albums - with a hot, new music coming out every year - Robbie G will be recognizable as one of our nation’s hardest working artists.

Performing alongside major artists such as Snoop Dogg, Wu-Tang Clan, Nelly, Akon, Sean Paul, Rakim, Tech N9ne, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Merkules, Classified, Swollen Members and many more – you can’t help but wonder what is next for this Canadian hip-hop sensation.
“Any crowd I get put in front of I will find a way to win over.” – Robbie G

With notable special feature guests from Swollen Members, Merkules, Killah Priest & Canibus as well as production from Classified, C-Lance, Young K and more.
By writing, recording, and designing his own performances – Robbie G is fully hands-on with all aspects of his sound and image. Beaux Arts Ball | Elks Lodge No 45

Beaux-Arts Ball
: a costume/dress-up ball begun in the Bohemian milieu of the left bank in Paris, where the attendees - artists, musicians, connoisseurs, impresarios and culture hounds - came together for an evening dedicated to fabulously high style and fun. Infectious, the parties encouraged imitators in other cities.
In 1931, in New York, famous architects dressed up as their buildings and today, many art and architecture schools, museums and galleries hold similar costume balls.
All of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to raising the roof of the Greater Vernon Cultural Centre

Farm Tour and Potluck at sncəcmałqtn Agricultural Park (Vernon, BC) | 4122 E Vernon Rd
May 25, 2025 (UTC-7)ENDED
New Vernon
Join the Okanagan Indian Band, the Regional District of North Okanagan and Young Agrarians for a Farm Tour and Potluck at sncəcmałqtn Agricultural Park in Vernon!
Come check out what’s going on at the sncəcmałqtn Agricultural Park! Previously known as the “BX Ranchlands,” this property was newly named the sncəcmałqtn Agricultural Park in consultation with the Okanagan Indian Band, to honour the Syilx Territory it is part of. sncəcmałqtn translates to “place of small crops or garden” (for a pronunciation guide please refer to
this audio recording
).
The spacious site was recently transformed into a public park, farm and land-sharing project. Last year, the Regional District of North Okanagan
opened applications for small farm plots
(in collaboration with the
B.C. Land Matching Program
), and many farmers have now moved into the space. Currently,
there are still plots available.
We’ll enjoy a tour of the park and will learn about the history of the land and how the area came to be what it is today. Haley, your regional Land Matcher, will also be there to discuss how the B.C. Land Matching Program can help you to find a farmer for your land, or find land to start or expand your farm business (at the sncəcmałqtn Agricultural Park or elsewhere).
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions about the project and the plots of land available for lease. Join us to connect with other farmers, food lovers and members of the community, while sharing a delicious potluck meal and learning more about this community space.
We can’t wait to see you there!
DATE:
Sunday, May 25, 2025 • 10 am – 1 pm
LOCATION:
Syilx Territory.
4122 East Vernon Road, Vernon, BC

11:30-12:45 – Potluck
12:45-1:00 – Wrap up
BRING
: You are invited to bring a food item to contribute to the potluck. If you can, please include a little card with ingredients, for folks with food sensitivities. Please bring fully prepared dishes only, and note that there are no coolers or refrigeration available, so please bring your own cooler if you require one for your food item.
To enjoy the meal, please bring your own plate, cutlery and cup. There is no kitchen available to clean plates, so please plan on packing your items back home to clean. Bring along a chair or blanket to sit on, a water bottle, and any sunscreen and insect repellant you might need. Make sure to wear weather and farm-suitable clothing and footwear – the event will proceed rain or shine (though there are tents available for the potluck in case of rain). For restroom facilities, there is one porta potty set up on-site.
ACCESSIBILITY
: At the entrance of the park is a gravel parking area, and the farming area we’ll be touring is mostly grassy and uneven, with some dirt roads throughout the park. Covenhoven
Covenhoven is nationally recognized indie artist Joel Van Horne, a multi-instrumental singer-songwriter whose rich harmonies, reedy baritone, and commanding falsetto have found a home with critics and fans since 2013.
Through 4 full-length albums and 2 EPs, Covenhoven has forged a signature style; layered acoustic arrangements that roll with momentum into orchestral peaks, accompanied by lyrics that contrast hard-won wisdom with the inherent hope of the natural world—from Big Sur to his native Colorado.
Regularly touring the United States, Covenhoven has shared the stage with Grammy winners and nominees S. Carey (Bon Iver), Jose Gonzalez, Gregory Alan Isakov, and John Paul White (Civil Wars). Covenhoven has also performed with genre-bending artists Lord Huron, Joshua James, Blind Pilot, Esme Patterson, John Craigie, Daniel Rodriguez (Elephant Revival), Shook Twins, Reed Foehl, Rainbow Girls, Joan Shelley, and a host of others.

New Vernon
Kailee Duggan Trio
Kailee Duggan, an Okanagan-based artist, has been honing her smooth, soulful folk sound since picking up a guitar at eight years old. Influenced by Norah Jones and The Beatles, Kailee writes with heartfelt vulnerability, using music as a way to process life’s experiences and confront her emotions. From intimate living room house concerts to festival stages like Fireside and Nest Fest, Kailee has captivated audiences with her relatable stories of growth and introspection, all delivered with a humble and light-hearted charm. Last year Kailee released her debut single, So Bad at Being Alone!, which earned airtime on CBC Radio One. Since then, she has collaborated with multi-instrumentalist D'Arcy Booth and accomplished musician-producer Andrew Judah to release a series of singles, leading up to a full album set for release in spring 2025.
Well-known Okanagan rhythm section and close friends, D’Arcy Booth and Dylan Ranney will be backing Kailee up at Cambium, and bringing her songs to life. Having performed with dozens of skilled acts such as Devon Coyote, Josh and Bex, Leila Neverland and many more, they bring versatile skills and grooves to Kailee’s dreamlike songs. With their extraordinary musical talent, passion and humor, this trio welcomes you to what feels like their living room, and you’re sure to leave feeling like friends.
