and brief introduction including what to expect.
Laying back and relaxing onto your mat to be led through a
Guided Meditation
, bringing your attention to your energetic body and the energy centres inside of you - your chakras.
Recieving
hands-on Reiki healing
, bespoke to you and allowing us to gather insights on any energetic imbalances in your body.
Time for some
guided journalling
, drawing on the energy and theme of the
Full Moon
that we are gathered under.

closing poem
, giving us time to settle our bodies.
The opportunity to pull
Oracle Cards
to recieve divine guidance.
The chance to
talk to me 1:1
about anything that came up for you during the session in terms of the Reiki healing aspect.
Reiki Healing
During the guided meditation, you will also recieve hands-on Reiki. Reiki is an energy therapy that works with the body’s own healing capabilities.
It promotes and accelerates the natural healing process and restores balance on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
Often those that recieve Reiki healing report feeling a deep sense of calm during and afterwards.
Please wear/bring the following to the circle:
Comfy clothes
Blankets x 2
Bottle of water
Pillow/Cushion for head
Journal/Notebook and pen
Optional:
You are welcome to bring an additional yoga mat for added comfort
Cushion/Bolster for lower back
A couple of crystals if they are part of your practice - whichever you feel drawn to on the evening.
Arrival:
You will be able to access the Yurt from 6:20pm for a
prompt 6:30pm start.
Late-comers may not be permitted so please allow yourself plenty of time.

Maytime Sound Bath & Relaxation Retreat
Come join us at 'Let's Retreat' yurts for pure relaxation and rejuvenation. Allow yourself to take a pause from day to day chores and responsibilities and to get away from it all to enjoy the cosy surroundings.
If the weather is suitable, we will begin the session outside in the beautiful grounds and take in all the sights and sounds.
During this unique
sound bath / gong bath
experience you will be lead through some relaxing breathing exercises to prepare for the sounds to follow. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of various instruments including gongs, chimes and crystal singing pyramid. Let the vibrations wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a deep sense of calm. No experience necessary.
There will be herbal tea and cake to finish so please let me know at the time of booking if you have any allergies.
Please wear comfortable clothes. Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided but you may wish to bring your own. You may also wish to bring something to cover your eyes and water to drink afterwards too.
Please do your best to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early to get settled so the session can start promptly.

- Whilst Sound Baths / Gong baths are suitable for most, it is not advised in the following situations:
1st trimester of pregnancy
Anyone with a pacemaker
Unsupported serious mental health condition
