Awesome Scavenger Hunt - More than Mountains in Jackson, Wyoming | 10 E Broadway Ave

Jun 30, 2025 (UTC-6)ENDED
Juan J. Jackson
Cultural Experiences
Depending on who you ask, Wyoming is either the Equality State or the Cowboy State. Join us for the More than Mountains in Jackson, Wyoming, scavenger hunt, and decide for yourself which fits best! Since its early days, Jackson, Wyoming, has capitalized on an image of itself as a frontier town full of gunslingers and cowboys. Frankly, there was no short supply of either. The valley of Jackson Hole was an especially inaccessible corner of the Old West. After the Treaty of Fort Bridger reduced the Wind River Reservation to its current boundaries in 1868, it was mostly deserted and wild. In short: Jackson Hole was the perfect hideaway for outlaws. But the U.S. government didnʼt go through all the trouble of displacing the Shoshone, Arapaho, Cheyenne, Crow, and Ute peoples simply to provide a haven for bank robbers and highwaymen. Wyoming Territory was intended for homesteaders—and homesteaders complied. So began an influx of the impossibly capable women who brought Jackson into line and built a thriving community out of its ragtag band of drifters. Some of what you'll see: Jackson Hole and Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center, Jackson Ranger District, Million Dollar Cowboy Bar Explore The City: Discover the best sights in your city with your group and answer questions that can only be found in person, hidden on plaques, statues, art, and more. Photo Challenges and Activities: Each person will have an interactive role and will receive texted photo challenges and fun activities to enjoy with the rest of the group. Earn points for the best photos! How it works: 1. You can start at any time you wish – this is a self-guided scavenger hunt. 2. The duration of each hunt is 1.5 to 2 hours. 3. Visit our website to purchase tickets. 4. Download our Let's Roam app from the Play Store or App Store. Register and redeem the tickets there to get started. 5. The app will guide you throughout the tour and the challenges you need to accomplish! 6. For any help or concerns, contact our customer service, and we'll be more than happy to assist you! This scavenger hunt is app-led, allowing you to start at any time without the need for a tour guide or reservation. Are you ready for a fun-filled and epic adventure?
