The Musical Museum is a wonderful building in Brentford which houses an incredible range of mecahnical instruments, and we may be lucky enough to have a demonstration of the mighty Wurlitzer. They also run a popular schools programme which we will hear about. Once again a lovely lunch will be provided, so please do get the date into your diaries for another great day of music to support you in your work. This event is suitable for class teachers, music teachers/leaders/co-ordinators and senior leaders, but places are limited so please book your place as soon as possible. Journey Through Grief (A 6 Week Course) | The Potting Shed at Boston Manor Park
Jun 12, 2025 (UTC+1)ENDED
Brentford
I am a psychotherapist who specialises in supporting people through their grief whilst having experienced my own losses in life.
Grief is a natural process but it can be a devastatingly lonely process and sometimes we can get stuck in it.
The aim of the group is to create a supportive group who journey together through this process so that you don't feel so alone in it.
This is a 6 week face to face course during which we will:
Share about the person who has died and how our lives have changed
We will be looking at those feelings we hide away from the outside world
Thinking about the regrets we have
Holding onto some memories.
Whilst I appreciate there will be times that this will be painful, I hope that you will feel supported and that we can laugh to.
Prior to the course I will meet you all individually online and we will come together again (online) after the course to see how you are all getting on.
If you have any queries please to not hesitate to contact me
