Haworth
Award-winning singer/songwriter and lifelong Bronte fan Pauline Vallance presents her homage to the Brontes in the village where they lived. She imagines them at the present day Edinburgh Fringe - what shows would they go to? How would Charlotte deal with fame?
The show has been presented at the Edinburgh and Morecambe Fringes and this year, will be performed at Patrick Bronte's birthplace in Northern Ireland and at the Wandsworth Fringe. This will be it's 6th performance in Haworth and is now part of the Haworth Festival. It has been described as "bringing Charlotte to life" and "the highlight of my trip to Haworth".
The show is suitable for all ages, ecept very young children.

Join Essoldo Design for a day of watercolour painting, at The Classroom by Cobbles and Clay, and paint a beautiful watercolour piece inspired by travel and ceramic tiles. At this full day workshop, Kate will expertly guide you through the basics of watercolour painting and teach you to design and create your own watercolour masterpiece.
About the space -
The Classroom by Cobbles and Clay is situated on the world famous Main Street in Haworth. This historical setting, famous for local literary legends The Bronte Sisters, is the perfect place to visit in the winter months. The Classroom is a built for purpose art and craft studio, perfect for a day of learning new skills, meeting new people and getting arty!
About the artist -
Kate Rebecca Leach is an artist and illustrator based in Hertfordshire. Her original artwork and high quality Giclée prints feature creative watercolour techniques and embellished metallic details. Kate founded her business, Essoldo Design, in August 2020 and has sold pieces to over 30 countries across the globe and has successfully licensed her work in the UK, Europe and the USA. Her First book Creative Abstract Watercolor was published in Spring 2024.

In this workshop you'll learn how to use organic watercolour shapes to form decorative patterns and tile inspired designs in a colour palette of your choice. You'll learn various watercolour techniques and decorative ideas to help you create your very own, unique piece that combines watercolour, inks details, and accents of metallics. You’ll use inspiration from Kate’s own portfolio of abstract designs and patterns.
All materials will be provided but please feel free to bring your own favourite materials or brushes if you wish. This class is suitable for total beginners through to experienced artists.
