“Cover II” is a curated pop-up exhibition and art store presented within the newly renovated Old Nursery, located in the historic curtilage of the Holy Trinity Church in Tottenham, London. Conceived as a celebration of the Summer Solstice and the zenith of the year’s longest days, the exhibition features original works by Indra Laura Lazdiņa, curated and spatially composed by Aija Miranda. Set in an intimate and thoughtfully designed environment, “Cover II” invites audiences to engage with themes of symbolism, seasonal ritual, and the interplay between art and natural elements. The programme launches with an exclusive Private View on 26 June, accompanied by a live musical performance by Kat Evans, an electric violinist. A public drawing workshop, led by the artist, will take place on 28 June (sign-up via www.theoldnurserytottenham.co.uk) The exhibition will remain open to the public from 27 to 29 June 2025, daily from 12:00 to 20:00. Join the Wheely Tots team for a walk and a chat. We are looking forward to venturing further afield to explore the Lee Valley. Meeting points Broadwater Farm Community Centre for 9.15am or outside Tottenham Hale station for 10:00am. We will be back at Tottenham Hale station by 12:00pm. You are then welcome to join us for a healthy lunch at the Moselle Community Project at Broadwater Farm Community Centre, a short bus ride away. Come along, meet new people and enjoy what's happening in nature. During the fun and interactive walk we will explore nature, notice the changing seasons and explore the lovely Lee Valley. Walks are suitable for all ages. We welcome children, young people and families to join our older walkers and create an intergenerational group. Whether you are 2, 22 or 102, we would love you to join us! It's free to attend, you can just turn up but it helps us to plan if you book a ticket in advance. These walks are supported by funding from Lee Valley Regional Park Authority. Please bring: Warm clothes, rain gear (even if the weather looks good!), plus water and a healthy snack.
