After the hike, a beautiful three-course dinner prepared by the fine dining team at Odla awaits. The meal is served outdoors overlooking beautiful Beaver Creek . True to Odla’s farm-direct approach, the ingredients featured on your plate will be locally sourced and seasonally inspired . As you enjoy dessert , have a front-row seat for an interactive sheep and stock dog demonstration with special guest, Shepherd Jared Epp , showcasing how Meewasin uses grazing to support our prairie ecosystems .
