FARMING FRIDAYS | 1150 Quail Gardens Dr

Join us on the farm for Farming Fridays from 9:00-11:00am! These community farming workshops are an opportunity to get your hands in the soil, connect with our farm and farmers, and learn some basic regenerative farming skills. Workshop activities vary depending on the week and may include: seeding, transplanting, weeding, preparing beds for planting, harvesting, watering, animal care, and more. We’ll make sure you leave with some farm fresh veggies.
Kids under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Anyone 13-18 years must have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver upon drop-off.
Please wear close-toed shoes (required). We recommend comfortable farming attire with good coverage from the sun. Please bring: water, sunscreen, hat and optional snack.

Meet at the north patio outside of the Harvest Market.

Join us on the Bluff at Alila Marea Beach Resort for Sunset Yoga. Movements are steady and deliberate, and will bring about strength, flexibility, focus and expansion of the heart. Every class is different but follows the same template: meditation, breathwork, sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, options for inversions, deep holds, back bends and eventually – the long awaited Savasana. We end class with a 10 minute rest, accompanied by sound bowls.
You MUST pre-register for these classes· If there is inclement weather, we will need to reach you in a timely manner... so make sure you register early for class!
Park at Ponto State Beach and walk up the steps to the Bluff
We WILL have mats, blocks and some blankets but bring your own if you'd like!
IF there is inclement weather, the class will either be postponed or cancelled.
You will be notified if you register.
There will be no refunds for missed classes.

Join us for an evening of beach yoga, a sound bath, and community. Start the evening by grounding yourself by digging your toes into the sand with a relaxing but challenging beach yoga class. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views as you flow with the ocean as your soundtrack. Then, relax to the soothing sounds of the singing crystal bowls with an oceanfront Sound Bath. Find deeper states of healing, meditation, and relaxation with the therapeutic sound vibrations of the crystal bowls while breathing in the ocean's healing powers. End the evening with a fun social hour under the Full Moon. Bring snacks and drinks to enjoy after class and take advantage of the perfect opportunity to meet open-minded people. Bring a friend or meet new ones while enjoying the Full Moon ambiance. All abilities and skill levels are welcome.
