Start From The Heart | JPH at Ferry Hill
Jul 22, 2025 (UTC-4)
Marshfield
Join Linda Cleary and Krysten Carey in this grief program that offers a comprehensive approach to healing by addressing the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of grief. They will blend their years of medical and holistic expertise to help you move through grief as it is stored in the body. Grief is often stored in the body’s energy centers, or chakras, each of which governs different emotional and physical aspects of our being. When we experience emotions like sadness, anger, or fear, they can become trapped in specific chakras, creating blockages that affect our overall health and well-being.
The workshop begins with flower essence blends and will focus on the heart, then gradually move through the energy centers of the body to address where grief is stored. This is a three-part series intended to help reconnect the heart and promote emotional, spiritual, and physical health.

Frequency of Healing- Sound Meditation | JPH at Ferry Hill
Jul 23, 2025 (UTC-4)
Marshfield
Step into the rustic warmth of the barn as Frequency of Healing invites you into a transformative sound bath meditation. The pure, resonant tones of crystal bowls fill the space, their frequencies vibrating through body and mind, gently dissolving tension and restoring balance. As the waves of sound ripple outward, the nervous system settles, thoughts quiet, and a deep sense of clarity and relaxation unfolds.
Sound has long been used as a powerful tool for healing, working on a cellular level to realign energy, shift emotional states, and bring the body into harmony. Through vibration, we move beyond words—feeling instead the subtle recalibration that encourages stillness, release, and renewal.
As the meditation comes to a close, take a breath and step outside into the golden hues of evening. The marsh stretches before you, bathed in soft summer light, inviting a moment of quiet reflection. Whether you linger in solitude or share the experience with others, let the echoes of sound and nature weave together, carrying the peaceful resonance of the night forward.
