ART CALORIES ที่ The Gallery Shop ร่วมกับ THAICENSING ภูมิใจนำเสนอการจัดแสดง POP-UP ศิลปะแบบกลุ่มที่มีชื่อว่า "ART CALORIES" โดยเชิญชวนศิลปินมาสำรวจและเฉลิมฉลองความมั่นใจในร่างกาย (Body Positivity) ผ่านการแสดงออกทางความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของพวกเขา งานนี้เน้นการโอบรับและนำเสนอคาแรคเตอร์พลัสไซส์ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการปรับใช้คาแรคเตอร์ดั้งเดิมหรือการนำเสนอคาแรคเตอร์พลัสไซส์ที่มีอยู่แล้วในปัจจุบัน

การจัดแสดง POP-UP ศิลปะครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเฉลิมฉลองสรีระโค้งมนและความมั่นใจในร่างกายของผู้ชมและผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานทุกคน ผ่านผลงานที่นำเสนอมิติที่น่าสนใจและเสน่ห์ของรูปร่างที่หลากหลาย พร้อมถ่ายทอดความสุขที่เกิดขึ้นได้ง่าย ๆ จากการยอมรับและโอบกอดความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของตัวเอง

งานนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากศิลปินนานาชาติทั้งหมด 12 ท่าน ได้แก่ CheesyDuck, Dindong.Cat, Fat People Company, Greenie and Elfie, Kinmaton, Lemon and Sugar, Meimo, Mocaccha, Nimbus, Red Loving Wolf, Tahilalats และ UGLY MEWS โดยแต่ละท่านมีผลงานที่โดดเด่นและมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว

There were so many tourists. It was the most visited attraction from Chiang Mai to Bangkok during the May Day holiday. It was very hot and I was sweating profusely after a while, so I just walked around and left. The hall where the Emerald Buddha is enshrined has fans, and everyone hid inside to rest, so there was hardly any space. The architectural carvings are very exquisite, and the buildings outside the palace are also very beautiful and photogenic. There is a cafe at the exit.

The performance is very exciting, belonging to the essence of singing and dancing in various countries, the actors&#39; movements are in place and enthusiastic, not bad. After the end, you can take a photo with the actor. A person tipped 100 baht. It will put a lot of shapes to take pictures. It is also acceptable.

What impressed me most was the professionalism of the actors. When they saw their sincere smiles during the curtain call, they suddenly realized that this was not a simple performance, but their pursuit and love of art. The whole performance has Thai characteristics and international standards, and is worth the fare!

A lot of fun and a great view of the city for very cheap cost. Get on the top deck and wear a big hat and sunscreen for a great view of the city and many smaller boats (some which are really traditional and some which have big billboards stuck on top!)  you can go past Wat Arun, many temples and attractions and much more. 10/10

The Sanctuary of Truth

Standing in front of the Temple of Truth, I felt for the first time that wood can speak.

This is not an ordinary temple, but an artistic asceticism that has lasted for forty years. More than 300 craftsmen carved day after day, and under their chisels, the thousand-year-old wood was reborn. There are no drawings, no machinery, only craftsmanship passed down from generation to generation and a pious heart.

The most shocking thing is the dome you can see when you look up. One hundred thousand hand-carved wooden components bite each other, without a single nail, but are stronger than reinforced concrete. The sea breeze blows with the fragrance of wood, and those lifelike statues seem to whisper: true eternity has always been polished by hand bit by bit.

Tips:
&bull; It is recommended to visit on weekday mornings to see more craftsmen creating on the spot
&bull; Wear plain clothes to take more photos
&bull; Count to three seconds before touching the wood carvings to feel the time flowing in the texture

When I left, there was no complete panoramic photo in my camera - because what is worth recording here is never a certain angle, but the shock that hits the soul.
