On the first Saturday of each month Abbas Zahedi hosts a support group for the collective processing of ecological grief. In collaboration with thinkers, artists and musicians, participants are invited to consider ‘How can we make sense of a world increasingly shaped by loss and disconnection?’.
The discussions take place in a new commission entitled Begin Again. As part of the installation, instruments and playback devices have been plugged into Tate Modern’s utility pipes and deeper architecture. The sound composition shifts between moments of harmony and disintegration. Each sonic collapse prompts the piece to rebuild, emphasising the power of renewal and beginning again.
The commission creates a space for collective listening where participants can reflect on how to protect and restore ecological connectivity.

Buckingham Palace is definitely worth a visit. I booked my tickets through Ctrip and arrived at Gate A half an hour early to exchange them. Then, I went to Gate C and waited for the staff to hold up a sign indicating my entry time. Photography is not allowed inside, and backpacks must be carried by hand, so it&#39;s best not to bring them. After passing security and entering, I received an audio guide, available in Chinese, that provided a comprehensive explanation. The tour lasted about an hour, and at the end, I walked around the lawn and exited through the back door.

The Tower of London is an ancient castle with a very large interior. We spent 5 hours visiting it with a Chinese audio guide. The British royal crown is stored here and it is really beautiful, but it is a pity that we cannot take photos of it. There are some free-roaming ravens raised in the castle, which are considered the castle&#39;s mascots and are quite interesting.
