Experience the excitement of the Aberdeen Highland Games 2024- Tug of War Entry at Hazlehead Park in Aberdeen on June 16th. This highly anticipated annual event draws in a crowd of 8,000-12,000 attendees. The day is packed with family-friendly activities, from traditional Scottish Highland Games to pipe band championships and solo piping competitions. Teams entering the tug of war competition by June 5th will receive a complimentary e-ticket for the entire team. Day-of entries may be accepted based on availability, with a requirement to purchase an entry ticket. Tug of war participants with e-tickets gain early access at 9:45 am, with general entry starting at 10:00 am. All teams must check in by noon, and the weigh-in will follow. The day's events include the Grampian Highland Games Association Tug of War at 1:00 pm and the Scottish Tug of War Association competition at 2:00 pm.
