For the first time, Rezound - a Halfiax-based duo specializing in soundbaths, immersive experiences, and group catharsis - is expanding its immersive experience to include the spoken word - joining forces with Mi’kmaw poets Shannon Webb-Campbell and Tiffany Morris in a live exploration of sound and language.
This is a new way for Rezound to be in conversation with collaborators - a one-time event offering audience members to listen deeply - to the resonance of frequency, words, and the interplay between voice and feeling.
Mi’kmaw writers and poets Shannon-Webb Campbell and Tiffany Morris create powerful place-rooted works that explore identity and language through a contemporary lens. We are so excited to explore art-making with them.
Join us June 15, 7pm at 1544 Grafton in Halifax - suggested $20 admission at the door, but no one will be turned away.

Gorgeous! We busted around mid October and the leaves were begging to change. Everything was so well kept and picture perfect. They had flowers I&rsquo;d never seen before. They were so pretty!! Enjoyed walking around here for a while!

Peggy's Cove

我见青云多妩媚

Peggy&#39;s Cove is a must-see attraction when visiting Halifax. The lighthouse is on a small island, facing the sea, with beautiful scenery. There are souvenirs and local specialty products on the tower, and it is meaningful to buy some as souvenirs. There are restaurants around, but they are crowded, so we didn&#39;t go. There are also special lobsters, freshly caught from the sea, cooked for you in time, it is very necessary to try them.
