Join The Candid Book Club at Waterstones Piccadilly for an evening with Nussaibah Younis to discuss her debut novel, Fundamentally. A razor-sharp comedy about a very serious subject, Younis' electrifying debut novel pitches academic Nadia into a UN job rehabilitating ISIS women, one of whom she forms a problematic bond with. Dr Nussaibah Younis is a peacebuilding practitioner and a globally recognised expert on contemporary Iraq. For several years, she advised the Iraqi government on proposed programs to de-radicalise women affiliated with ISIS. She studied at Oxford, Durham and Harvard Universities, and has a PhD in International Affairs. Dr Younis was a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council in Washington DC, where she directed the Task Force on the Future of Iraq. She has published Op-Eds in the Wall Street Journal, the Guardian, and the New York Times. She was born in the UK to an Iraqi father and a Pakistani mother, and currently lives in London. Fundamentally is her debut novel. We encourage attendees to read the book beforehand to allow for an open discussion on the night, but copies of the book will also be available to purchase online via the Book & Ticket bundle – to be collected at the event.

May you go to this millennium, the Temple of Knowledge. This is definitely a reason to go to the UK, the British Museum, you see thousands of times more than you can think. Teacher Diana&#39;s 3-hour explanation was great, thanking her professionalism for letting us see the dead artifacts lively.

After watching the Buckingham Palace changing ceremony, we arrived at Westminster Abbey. There were a lot of people in the queue, about an hour and a half before entering the church. There is a interpreter at the door, you can choose Chinese. Follow the team and the interpreter is also explained. My favorite is the Matisse-style painting window. The staff in the church is very high quality and the temperament is very good, which is awe-inspiring.

I thought it was a special ride on the Ferris wheel, but the London Eye made me hit the face! When the capsule reached the highest point, I suddenly understood why the British love to chat. The Thames, Big Ben and the debris building look like they are shining in the sun, and it is really different every day. After landing, I found that the photos were all taken as glass reflections. Forget it, leave some regrets to be true.

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious, but it is not allowed to take pictures. It can only be taken outside. When entering, a photo was taken and was stopped by the staff. Knowing the life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
