We are delighted to announce our 2025 Aquasana dates! Explore mind, body and soul with expert teacher Bex Bridgford for a morning of Aquasana in our Rooftop Pool followed by a Thermae Welcome 2-hour spa session with use of towel and robe.
Aquasana includes classic yoga postures combined with gently tai chi and invigorating karate moves in the spa’s mineral-enriched waters. It works through flowing sequences that stretch and tone the body, increasing flexibility whilst relieving tension in an energetic and balanced full-body workout. This class harnesses the healing properties of the waters, leaving you feeling cleansed, rejuvenated and grounded.
Join us at 8am before normal opening hours, to enjoy exclusive use of the rooftop pool before other guests arrive.
The Aquasana class at Thermae Bath Spa are £50 per session and include a two hour Thermae Welcome (spa session plus use of a towel and robe) Places are limited.

 Bex is an advanced yoga teacher who has trained with some of the top yoga teachers from around the world and is known for her contagious positive energy. Her integrative approach weaves together a playful style with deep knowledge of the human body, mind, and spirit, this enables her to connect with her students, and she believes yoga is available to anyone.

A very historical town. The car shuttled through the streets and alleys of Bath, and it turned out that this is the hometown of &quot;Jane Austen&quot;, the female writer who wrote &quot;Pride and Prejudice&quot;. Simple, beautiful, leisurely, peaceful, elegant and quiet. It can only be said that it is difficult to describe its beauty. very nice. There are many tourists, but it is very orderly. The air is also very good. It felt nice to take a quiet walk.

I enjoyed a day at Thermea! It&rsquo;s true &hellip; this is not a quiet spa! But we didn&rsquo;t mind that as we like to chat as well. At other spas we&rsquo;ve been to there is little or quiet chatter and people are often asked to stay quiet. At Thermea guests can get pretty loud in the hot springs or by the fire. The Royal Crescent

Bath&#39;s most famous attraction is also one of the most magnificent Georgian buildings in the UK. The Crescent Building is a group of 30 connected houses. It looks like a crescent moon from the distant mountains, and it echoes the circus, which represents the sun. There is a lawn for tourists and local residents to rest and play.

House No. 1 is a museum (don&#39;t go if you don&#39;t want to go), two houses in the middle have been converted into hotels (very expensive), and the rest are private property. It&#39;s very beautiful when the sun is full~
