On Saturday, November 22, 2025, "The 4th Expo Night Sky Becomes Art Day 2025" will be held at Expo Commemorative Park (Suita City, Osaka Prefecture). 
The project, launched in 2022, has provided excitement to more than 80,000 visitors for three consecutive years based on the concept of creating a legacy rooted in the community. This year, the fourth event, the venue will move to the Momiji River Lawn Square in Expo Commemorative Park. 
More than 15,000 fireworks are programmed in 1/100 second increments and perfectly synchronized with music. In addition, 3D drone art production will be even more powerful this year. The night sky is transformed into a giant canvas, and fireworks and drone lights create spectacular art.
