Join the Small, Private Group Run at the Bed to 5K Run SAN ANTONIO event in the beautiful Lady Bird Johnson Park. This run is designed specifically for beginner runners who are looking to conquer their first 5K. Whether you've never done a 5K before or just need an extra push to get out of bed and start running, this event is perfect for you.

The Small, Private Group Run is limited to only 15 participants per wave, ensuring an intimate and supportive atmosphere for all runners. People of all ages and paces, including walkers, are welcome to join. This is a pure running experience that requires no special equipment or setup.

Timing chips are not provided for this stress-free run, but our coordinators can help you keep track of your time using bib numbers. And don't worry about picking up packets, as all swag will be shipped directly to your address. The swag bag includes a premium running shirt and a finisher's medal.

Wave times are available on a first come, first serve basis. Late runners can still participate upon arrival, as our coordinators will stay until 3 hours after the first wave.

The San Antonio Life Insurance Building is a landmark historic building in downtown San Antonio, Texas, United States. The 31-story building is 123 meters tall. The building opened in 1929 and was originally known as the Smith-Young Tower, with the Smith brothers purchasing the building in 1943. In 1953, a television transmission tower was added to the structure. A 2010 renovation removed the outdated television mast and replaced it with the tower&#39;s original design, a copper canopy with a 100-foot-tall flagpole.

The animals seem well cared for, and there&rsquo;s a wide variety to see, from giraffes to playful otters. The layout makes it easy to explore without feeling overwhelmed, and there are plenty of snack stands and shaded areas to take a break. The highlight of our visit was the kangaroo experience, where we got to walk among them up close. Overall, it&rsquo;s a fun, well-maintained zoo that&rsquo;s worth a visit.
