With input from industry stakeholders, they’ve redesigned the dataset to align with MISMO® v3.6 standards and are replacing the traditional GSE appraisal forms with one flexible, data-driven report that works for any residential property type. This is the biggest transformation the appraisal industry has seen in over a decade—and it officially begins under Limited Production on

brings 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, beginning her career at SharperLending Solutions, the pioneer behind the first tri-merge credit report. During her tenure, she played a key role in developing the company’s initial tax return verification platform and appraisal software. For the past 11 years, Danielle has specifically specialized in appraisals and valuations. Danielle is now serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Xactus, a leading fintech innovator. In her role, she drives the growth and strategic direction of Appraisal FirewallX, Appraisal ScorecardX, and VerisiteX—Xactus’ suite of residential and commercial appraisal, valuation, and inspection solutions. Danielle also plays a key role on our SAMP board as Website chair and has been nominated for the 2025-26 Incoming President position for the board.  
Outside of fintech, Danielle is the co-owner of 
The Bubble Bar
, a mobile bartending and alcohol catering company. You may even recognize her from behind the bar at local events and weddings—including right here at our SAMP gatherings.
