Bosch eBike Systems is pleased to present the 2023-24 Dealer Certification Training Tour. This in-person training is specifically designed to provide bicycle dealers with the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate, update, and service all Bosch-equipped eBikes. The training sessions will cover a range of topics, including an introduction to the MY24 innovations, comprehensive product knowledge of the Bosch eBike System 2 and the smart system, connectivity training on the eBike Connect, COBI.Bike, and eBike Flow apps, and the use of the Bosch DiagnosticTool 3 for the smart system. In addition, the training will also include information on the Bosch service process, troubleshooting, warranty procedures, eBike safety, and marketing resources. Attendance at the training sessions will grant dealers access to the new Bosch DiagnosticTool 3 for the smart system. It is important to note that dealer certification is required every 15 months to service eBikes powered by Bosch. To ensure compliance with local regulations and partner requirements, this event is exclusively for bicycle dealers located in the USA and Canada.
