DARETOGROW / Live - Talk, Networking and Workshop for Entrepreneurs Ready to Grow!
DARETOGROW / Live is a monthly, high energy, inspirational community and networking event designed to bring purpose-driven entrepreneurs together in person, make new introductions and dramatically change the activity you do to grow your business.
With a brand new workshop (motivational AND practical) to set the tone at each event, a huge focus on mindset and business strategy (hello my favourite topics!), a beautifully catered lunch and structured networking, it’s time to get out there in person, change your mindset and truly grow your business.
This isn't stuffy networking. It isn't naff coffee and flat conversations. This event is about growth: personal and business growth. And you can feel that energy the second you walk in the door.
As an online business coach, I've scaled three companies in three different sectors, billing seven figures in personal sales. I am now on a mission to show good-hearted people how to properly position, market and sell their incredible offers to do the same.
The things is, we need a few things to pull that off: the right growth mindset, the right scaling strategy, a sense of belief and support, and a willingness to get out there and market and sell our services. This is what I'm all about. In fact, I LOVE this stuff and have dedicated my life to showing good-hearted people how to do this properly, challenging you to step into you full purpose, finding and removing the subconscious blocks that hold you back, and supporting and celebrating your attempts, wins and fails along the way.

DARETOGROW / Live is a bi-monthly, high energy, inspirational community and networking event for good hearted people wanting to scale their businesses. We're running in Newcastle, Leeds and Birmingham and you're welcome to attend all three cities to open up your network and meet new people.
The event is frames around a brand new business growth workshop from Lisa Bean, designed to show you the truth of what it takes to market and grow your business in 2025. It's honest, practical and inspiring. We break up the day with a delicious lunch (all dietary requirements catered for), structured breakouts and even some quiet breakouts to write in your workbooks. Oh yes - did I mention you get a printed workbook to capture your ideas and plans?

About your Host & Speaker, Lisa Bean
Lisa Bean is a UK based motivational speaker, best-selling author and online business coach, teaching heart-led entrepreneurs and business owners how to manage their mindset for success, how to increase sales and how to develop their unique thought leadership to build successful businesses online.
As the founder of three six figure businesses, with over seven figures in personal sales, Lisa is an expert in online sales and has a proven record of creating offers, making sales and changing lives. Lisa has completed over 1000 hours of coaching with start up entrepreneurs, six and seven figure business owners and eight figure corporations, and has delivered training for NatWest and The Guardian.
Having overcome clinical depression by giving in to her purpose and speaking her truth, Lisa is a trauma informed coach and is studying towards her masters in psychology to deepen her understanding of how change works in the mind. Lisa will be pursuing her doctorate in psychology following her masters.
Lisa’s first self-help memoir, First Sh!t Version, was self-published through an editorial company in 2020 and sold over 4,400 copies through word of mouth and Amazon searches. Lisa is a keen cook, gym go-er and DIY-er and currently lives in the Northeast with her partner (Lucy), her step-daughter, a whippet and a tortoise. They’re midway through a renovation project and wondering what on Earth they were thinking.

10:00 – 10:30
Arrival, refreshments, hellos
Arrive at the venue, grab yourself a tea or coffee and say hello to the people in the room.
10:30 – 12:00
Transformational session with Lisa Bean
60-90 minute transformational session with Lisa Bean. The topic will be linked to business growth through sales, marketing and mindset content and activities. New transformational talk, with printed workbook every month!
12:00 – 13:00
Lunch provided
Networking, mingle, chat and enjoy lunch on site
1:00 – 2:00
Facilitated networking session 1
Everyone is broken down into smaller groups of 8-10 for more focused networking sessions to meet new people and learn about the people in the room.
2:00 – 3:00
Transformational session with Lisa Bean
The workshop with Lisa continues.
Using the workbooks, everyone will be guided to reflect on their monthly progress towards their true goals, remind themselves of what’s important and set new priority actions for the month ahead. But...remember: You'll be in a bold new energy following the event so you will be inspired to shoot for more!
3:00 – 4:00
Group work session + Q&A
Similar to the guided networking session, everyone is broken down into smaller groups of 4-6 to make commitments on their actions, whilst getting the chance to meet more new people.
We finish with a Q&A so everyone gets the chance to asked any unanswered questions.
