Join Tracy James and a group of like-minded individuals for an extraordinary workshop called "Elemental Alchemical Art for Manifestation." Tracy's approach weaves earth-based spirituality with techniques that engage body wisdom and intuitive intelligence. By harnessing the power of the five elemental forces - earth, air, fire, water, and aether - this art form offers a heartful path to activate your creative life force and release obstacles to expression and manifestation. Through the process of drawing, you will engage in a meditation and a dialogue with your intuitive self and the universe.

The Elemental Alchemical Art workshop offers various benefits, including deepening your spiritual connectedness to nature and the spiritual world, enhancing personal growth and self-discovery through access to intuitive wisdom, and improving brain neuroplasticity for better cognitive function. No art experience is necessary to participate in this transformative workshop. Paper and drawing supplies will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own favorites to make the experience more aligned with you.

Tracy James is a coach and facilitator who blends mindfulness, shamanism, life purpose, and somatic embodiment in her coaching practice. Her Nature-based methodology, Elemental Energetics, integrates mystical, practical, and scientific approaches. Tracy's calling is to help individuals express their unique medicine for the world.
