Join Eyes Up Here Comedy and Modelface Comedy at Different Wrld in Asheville for the premiere open mic event, Everybody But You Bro Open Mic (January). This comedy mic is designed for women, non-binary, and femme performers to showcase their talents and share their jokes. The event is also inclusive of queer and trans individuals. We prioritize creating a safe and inclusive space where everyone can feel comfortable and supported. Performers are given up to 5 minutes on stage to make the audience laugh. The event starts at 6:30pm, but sign-ups begin at 6pm. All are welcome to attend as part of the audience, however, we kindly ask that hecklers refrain from attending. This event is free to attend, although we highly encourage a $10 donation. The mic will be hosted by Erin Terry. Stick around after the mic for our Faster and Looser Joke Writing Workshop, taking place on 1/25, 3/27, 5/29, 7/31, 9/25, and 11/27.
