These were valuable opportunities for people living in the town to come into contact with culture, and they brought vitality to the town.
In the Meiji period, the Fifth Domestic Industrial Exposition in 1903, held in Osaka, became the largest international exposition of the Meiji period. Eye-catching monuments and vehicles were set up at the exposition to attract people's attention, and various arts were also actively performed as entertainment. Many expositions were held in Osaka after that, contributing to the spread of new technologies, the development of industry, and the raising of awareness. The town was developed in preparation for the exposition, and it can be said that the city had grown into an international city.
This exhibition will explore the city's special "urban festivals" through displays of materials that represent them, ranging from reproductions of early modern structures to modern Osaka expositions, which have not received much attention until now, and expositions held since the 1970 World Expo.

Although it was expensive, it was truly worth it.
I slept in until the afternoon and arrived at the park entrance at 1:00 PM. There was no line at all. Within minutes of entering the VIP entrance, I received four Fastpasses and a VIP badge and was in.
After entering, we began exploring the attractions along the Hollywood Road until 2:30 PM, where we met at the VIP lounge. From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, our foreign tour guide guided us through the attractions, including the Jaws and three popular rides in the Mario Land.
After 6:00 PM, the group disbanded and headed straight to Mario&#39;s Mushroom Cafe for dinner. The burgers were delicious and beautifully presented, and the waiter even took our picture.
After lunch, we immediately headed to the Harry Potter Land next door and used two speed passes to experience Flight of the Hippogriff and Forbidden Journey, respectively.
At 7:10 PM, we rushed to the Resident Evil stage in the New York Land, entering at 7:20 PM. It was worth a visit. After the show, I rushed to the tax refund office at the park entrance to get my purchases refunded in cash. I had to pay cash for my purchases near closing time, so try to get there early.

After getting my tax refund, I used a SpeedPass to ride the Hollywood Dream ride. It felt so good to cut in line, but I ended up getting sworn at by a Japanese guy.

After the roller coaster, I wanted to rush to see Conan&#39;s theater, but we were a minute late and they wouldn&#39;t let us in.

I ended up going to the Minions area and using my last SpeedPass to ride the Minions ride, which was exactly the same as the one at the Beijing Film Academy and New Film Academy.

Unfortunately, the Spy House ride doesn&#39;t accept SpeedPasses, which is a shame.

The best thing about Universal Studios Japan is that all rides are glasses-friendly, a real bonus for those with nearsightedness.

Pokémon Discovery Mission in Osaka Station City & Umekita

This is such a good way to explore the city with the incentive of getting a cool prize at the end! Any Pokemon fan of any age would love this, and even if you knew nothing of the franchise you can still have so much fun figuring out where the creatures are and the little puzzle at the end. I ended up doing 2 routes and getting gifts for my friends too! I honestly might do another one sometime later in my trip. The Pokemon cut outs were such high quality too, its already been a decent amount of months and they&rsquo;re all vibrant like new. I&rsquo;m glad the event lasts for so long and theres no time limit either.

I came to Osaka Port twice 10 years ago, and I found that it has not changed much after 10 years. I feel like I have traveled back to my teenage years.
The weather was quite comfortable on the day I went there. It was cloudy, there was little sun, and it was windy, but maybe because of this, the scenery was not so beautiful.
I bought a package ticket for the Aquarium KAIYUKAN + Santa Maria, 3700 per person. In fact, I regretted it a little. I should have bought a ticket for the Aquarium KAIYUKAN.
The Santa Maria runs once an hour. We came out of the Aquarium KAIYUKAN at 12:10. We waited for 50 minutes. It felt like a waste of time and we were very tired.
There are many places to visit in Tempozan, which is very suitable for bringing children.
