FAMILY CLASS - MEDITATIONS FOR WORLD PEACE

Join us on Sunday mornings for our family meditations for world peace class, suitable for all ages. Our family class begins with a short guided breathing meditation. Kids are welcome to join in or sit at the back with colouring crayons. The meditation is followed by a short teaching on an aspect of Buddha’s teachings emphasizing the practice of kindness, patience and consideration for others.
The teaching is followed by beautiful chanted prayers and time to dedicate for all those who are experiencing difficulties. Everyone welcome regardless of background or previous experience.
There is no charge to attend and it is not necessary to register. Just come along
