Experience the thrill of freediving at the upcoming Freediving Introduction Class - Kensington Session in London. This session is perfect for both First Timers and returning Newbies looking to explore the world of freediving. Beginners are welcome to join this introduction class to learn more about freediving and take part in a pool session.

To secure your spot, make sure to book the appropriate ticket based on your experience level. First Time attendees who have never participated before should select the 1st Time Introduction ticket, while returning Newbies can opt for the Returning Newbie ticket. Prior to the session, all participants must complete the Come & Try Medical Statement and the NoTanx Liability Release & Assumption of Risk forms.

The session will include a dry warm-up at 7:00pm for First Timers and 7:15pm for Returning Newbies, followed by the pool session from 8:00pm to 8:45pm. Remember to bring your swimming gear, mask or goggles, and fins. Don't worry if you don't have equipment, as spares will be available.
