Couch to Crown is a soft, soul-nourishing 8-week workshop designed for women with fibromyalgia and invisible disabilities who are ready to reclaim the spark they thought they lost.
Led by Mrs. Regional Canada 2025, Tegin Menei—who went from the couch to the crown herself—this journey gently guides you to rediscover your passions, reignite your confidence, and remember the woman you were before the diagnosis… and the woman you’re still becoming.
This isn’t about “pushing through.” It’s about modifying your magic so you can shine in ways that honour your body and your dreams.
This Program Will Help You:
	•	Reconnect with the hobbies and passions that once lit you up
	•	Discover adaptive ways to reintroduce them into your life
	•	Create manageable, meaningful goals (no hustle, just harmony)
	•	Learn spiritual and energetic tools to replenish your light
	•	Rewrite the story of your life—on your terms

Week 1 – Awakening the Queen Within
Connect to your core identity beyond illness and set intentions in sacred community.
Week 2 – Rewriting the Narrative
Release shame and societal expectations. Rewrite your story with softness and sovereignty.
Week 3 – Energy Alchemy
Learn to track your energy, modify your pace, and honour your body’s cues.
Week 4 – Dream Mapping & Hobbies Reclaimed
Rediscover forgotten passions and break them down into joyful, accessible steps with modifications that work for you.
Week 5 – Royal Boundaries
Learn to say no without guilt and create space for the activities and people who nourish you.
Week 6 – Crowned Communication
Speak up with clarity and confidence—whether it’s asking for help or sharing your gifts with the world.
Week 7 – Embodied Radiance
Step into visibility again, from style to self-talk, and find grace in how you move through the world.
Week 8 – The Coronation
Celebrate your transformation with a symbolic crowning ceremony and a vision plan for what comes next.
