Experience the calming and invigorating practice of vinyasa flow yoga at the beautiful Wilson Botanic Park Berwick. Join the Go with the Flow community every Sunday morning at 9:30am for a rejuvenating outdoor session that will connect your breath with movement, helping you find strength, stability, and ease. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this pay-by-donation class is suitable for all levels. 

Arrive 10 minutes early to check in with the instructor, secure a comfortable spot, and settle into the serene surroundings. If the sun is shining, we will flow on the deck overlooking the picturesque Anniversary Lake. In case of rain, we will move to the 'The Dome' undercover area, ensuring the class continues undisturbed. 

Please bring your own mat or towel, a drink bottle, and dress in layers to accommodate Melbourne's unpredictable weather. Yoga blocks are optional but can enhance your practice. 

Go with the Flow is committed to making yoga accessible to everyone in the community. Consider making a pay-by-donation contribution starting from $10 to $25, with the average donation being $15. Your generosity supports the continuation of these classes and helps us create a thriving yoga community.
