Immerse yourself in the blissful atmosphere of Las Colinas and join our tribe of playful pet goats as they gracefully graze and frolic around you. This extraordinary event will take place at the picturesque Texas Lottery Plaza, providing a charming outdoor setting for your yoga journey.

Please come prepared for the weather and ensure you dress accordingly, as this invigorating experience will be held outside. It is essential to respect the designated goat yoga area and refrain from entering until 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. We want you to fully savor every moment, so don't worry if you miss capturing the perfect shot during the yoga session – there will be ample time afterwards for socializing and capturing those memorable pictures with our adorable goats.

For your comfort, we kindly request that you bring your own yoga mat or a large towel. While mats are not provided, we will have generously-sized towels available for all participants. Additionally, we will supply bottled water, sunscreen, bug spray, and other essentials to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

Prepare to be enchanted by our friendly goats, as they eagerly interact with you throughout the session. Goat yoga is an inclusive experience suitable for participants aged 5 and above, accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. While these adorable animals may occasionally nudge, scratch, nibble, jump, or step on attendees, we assure you that sanitizing stations and antibacterial wipes will be readily available.

Before commencing the class, all attendees must check in and sign our liability waiver. Masks are not mandatory for this outdoor fitness event, and we trust that each participant will exercise personal responsibility in adhering to their preferred level of social distancing.
