Der  Groundhug Day  zeigt aufstrebende Talente aus der Grappling Szene, die in mit Liebe gematchten Superfights ihr Können im Käfig unter Beweis stellen. Lasst euch dieses Event nicht entgehen. Ob Kampfsportfan oder einfach nur neugierig auf den Sport, der Groundhug Day sorgt für spannende Kämpfe in einer tollen Location bei einladender Atmosphäre. Kinder bis 12 Jahre, in Begleitung von Erwachsenen, haben freien Eintritt und brauchen kein Ticket. Also Ticket sichern, Kreuz im Kalender machen, Freunde einpacken und uns am 7. Dezember im Fenriz Gym besuchen. GROUNDHUG DAY RULESET: Der Groundhug Day ist ein NoGi Grappling Invitational Superfight Event. Die Kleidung für die Kämpfe besteht aus einem Rashguard und Shorts/Spats/Leggings. Regeln: Die Kämpfe werden in zwei Runden aufgeteilt. Es beginnt mit einer 7-minütigen Submission-Only-Runde, gefolgt von einer 5-minütigen Punkterunde, falls in der ersten Runde keine Submissions gelingen. Die Runden werden nach dem Brown/Blackbelt NoGi Adult IBJJF Regelwerk ausgetragen, ohne die Vorteile. Das bedeutet, dass alle Beinhebel erlaubt sind und alle Nackenkurbeln verboten sind. Außerdem sind Slams und Scissor-Takedowns verboten. Die Kämpfe finden innerhalb eines Käfigs statt. Wenn ein Kämpfer den Käfig festhält, gibt es eine Strafe. Das Treten oder Anlehnen an den Käfig ist jedoch erlaubt. Ein/e Kämpfer/in wird disqualifiziert, wenn er/sie: - eine verbotene Technik versucht; - 3 Mal bestraft wird; - sich übergibt oder ein unfreiwilliges Darmproblem hat; - jemanden beleidigt und/oder schlägt. In der ersten Runde werden auch Strafen für Passivität ausgesprochen und zählen für die nächste Runde. Wenn ein Kämpfer in der ersten Runde zweimal bestraft wird, führt eine dritte Bestrafung in der zweiten Runde zur Disqualifikation. GROUNDHUGDAY RULESET : What is the uniform: The clothing for the fights will be a rashguard and shorts/spats/leggings. Rules: The fights will be divided into two rounds. It starts with a 7-minute submission-only round, followed by a 5-minute points round, in case no submissions happen in the first round. In between the rounds there will be a 1-minute break. The rounds will be under the Brown/Blackbelt NoGi Adult IBJJF ruleset, without the advantages. This means that all leglocks are allowed, and all neck cranks are forbidden. Additionally, slams and scissor takedowns are forbidden. The fights will happen inside a cage, and if a fighter grabs the cage, a penalty will be awarded. However, stepping or leaning on the cage is allowed. A fighter will be disqualified if they: - attempt a forbidden technique; - are penalized 3 times; - throw up, or have an involuntary bowel issue; - insult and/or strike anyone. In the first round, penalties for stalling will also be awarded and will count for the next round. If a fighter is penalized twice in the first round, a third penalty in the second round will result in disqualification.
