Bring Your T-Shirt and Boost Your Mental Health I am excited to invite you to my Hug Workshop, where you’ll create something truly special while exploring the incredible benefits of hugging for mental health! What to Bring: •⁠ ⁠Your favourite white t-shirt (one you’d like to transform into a cozy “hug”). Please note, this t-shirt will be painted on, so bring your favourite white t-shirt that you are happy to change into something wonderful. In this workshop, I will guide you through crafting a comforting t-shirt  hug  that you can wear or share. Along the way, I'll also discuss how the simple act of hugging—whether it’s a loved one or a self-hug—can significantly improve emotional well-being, reduce stress, and foster a sense of connection. Come join us for an afternoon of creativity, connection, and self-care. i look forward to seeing you there! Warmly,  Nelly Workshop starts at 1pm, you are welcome to come earlier and enjoy the gallery space. The gallery opens at 11am. We have free early bird tickets and two for one tickets available, priced to help cover workshop costs. Firepit is an inclusive space, if the free tickets have already been taken, please get in touch if you are struggling financially and we'll arrange a space on the workshop for you. Photography and Filming take place during workshops and gallery opning times. Please let us know if you do not want to be on film. All material captured is used for either our social media or future promotion. Firepit is a unique space, we have a gallery of beautiful and relevant art, artist studio spaces and a community event space. We will hold the workshop on a large communal table, next to the windows. You are in the heart of the gallery here and are surrounded by inspirational art. How to get here: The nearest tube is North Greenwich on the Jubilee line. On May 21, I took the elderly to visit the British Museum, and the tour guide service was warm and professional. If you visit the museum without a tour guide, it may be completed in half an hour. The main reason is that the historical geography has not been learned well. Under the tour guide&#39;s explanation, the three hours feel very fast. 🏰 Westminster Abbey, it&#39;s really shocking! 📍 It&#39;s located in central London, close to the Parliament Building and Big Ben. The church is a prominent representation of British Gothic architecture, towering spires, exquisite carvings and beautifully painted glass windows, each detail shows an unparalleled artistic charm. Walking into the church, as if through time and space, is the holy place of the crowning of the British royal family, witnessing countless important moments in history. It is also a resting place for many celebrities, and great figures such as Newton, Darwin, Dickens have slept here, making people respect their contributions. Walking around, you can feel the solemnity of religion and the deep historical and cultural heritage. The church&#39;s Henry VII chapel is exquisite, with a fan-shaped arched roof and densely carved decorations, like a fairy tale fairyland. Whether it is an architecture lover or a historical and cultural fan, Westminster Abbey is definitely worth a visit. I believe you will be deeply impressed by its charm like me. 💕 highly recommend it to everyone! 💕

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious, but it is not allowed to take pictures. It can only be taken outside. When entering, a photo was taken and was stopped by the staff. Knowing the life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
