Improv 101 for ages 9-12 (4 classes) is an event that takes place at The Mopco Improv Theatre in Schenectady, NY. The event will be held on December 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd from 10 AM to noon. These four introductory classes are designed to teach students the fundamental principles and skills of improvisation. Participants will learn important improv concepts such as "Yes, and...", celebrating failure, spontaneity, collaborative listening, and making their partners look good. Through these classes, students will develop the ability to create scenes and stories on the spot. Whether you consider yourself an introvert or an extrovert, it is normal to feel nervous before attending your first class.
