She has won awards for her short fiction and novels and has been a presenter at international writers festivals. Chenèe Marrapodi, a children's author and journalist based in Perth, will be hosting the event. Her middle-grade novel, One Wrong Turn, was published by Fremantle Press. Chenèe is also an experienced MC and the host of the Writers off the Page podcast.
