Please wear a tshirt that covers your upper arms to protect your skin and to keep the hammock clean.
Please avoid wearing jewellery which could catch on the hammock and cause injury or tear the fabric. 
Please note that Aerial Yoga is not recommended during pregnancy. If you have any doubt about your ability to participate in this group Aerial Yoga practice, please consult with your medical advisor before joining the session.
